The Voter turnout was very low.  Hopefully the voting public will become more engaged in the National Election when the next President of The United States   and other national candidates will be elected to represent us in this time of world conflict with wars underway in two regions of the world.

It appears that the upcoming National Election will feature two well-known politicians running for President.  President Joe Biden and Former President Donald Trump.  This election will be very important to every American and resident living in America.

RantZ and RaveZ selected Steve Garvey over Adam Schiff.  There will be a runoff between these two gentlemen.

Community members celebrating Election Results with City Council Candidate Ethan Weaver who will likely be in runoff with Nithya Raman for CD4.

In the District Attorney’s race, a number of well qualified candidates were recommended.  While George Gascón is the current District Attorney many of us want to remove him from office.  Gascón was able to garner enough voted to face a runoff.  The runoff will match Gascón against Nathan Hochman.  I and many voters concerned about increasing crime will be supporting Hochman.

The Los Angeles County Supervisor’s  Race remains with no change in leadership.  Kathryn Barger was the only Supervisor recommended and won by 59+ %.

Los Angeles City Council seats in District 2, 4, 6, 8, 10, 12 and 14 all had successful recommended candidates.  There will be runoffs in Districts 2, 4, 10 and 14.  Winning in the primary are Imelda Padilla, Marqueece Harris-Dawson and John Lee.  Congratulations to the Winners!

*Proposition 1 is too close to call at this time.

*HLA passed with over 60% of the vote.  This will require approximately $10 Billion Dollars to improve roadways in Los Angeles City for bicycle lanes and improved pedestrian walkways.  The result will increase road congestion during commute hours.

In the election for Judicial Offices in Los Angeles County.

RantZ and RaveZ was nearly 100% accurate on the recommendations.

Office #12.  Lynn Olsen.  Office #39.  Runoff.    Office #48.  Renee Rose.  Office # 93. Victor Avila.  Office # 97.  Sharon Ransom.  Office # 115.  Keith Koyano.  Office #124.  Judge Elizabeth Spear.  Office # 130.  Leslie Gutierrez.  Office # 137.  Tracy Blount.

That it is for this Election Edition Wrap up.  More on Elections in the coming months.
