#1. Robert Mueller's Russia investigation has indicted two more Russians. This time the indictments included their names. They are Boris Badenov and Natasha Fatale.
#2. There is a decline in the frog population which began in the late 80's. "Frog Folks" are not sure what is causing this, although just to be safe, some blame "Climate Change." I don't know much about frogs although when I was a kid it was said handling them could cause warts. There are several ideas on how to improve the frog population. Banning the eating of frog’s legs seemed one of the more logical.
#3.Thoughts on the Olympics. First, the television ratings for them have not been very high. The US medal count hasn't been very high either. There were several wardrobe "malfunctions." The wardrobe malfunction was invented by Janet Jackson at Super Bowl XXXVIII. It appears that in South Korea a hot dog is still "dog."
#4. Info on living longer. You can increase your 90's prospects by 18% if you have 2 beers or two glasses of wine per day. That's my choice. Not quite as good is an increase of 11% if you exercise for 15 to 45 minutes per day. Two cups of coffee is worth 10%. Give this some thought. If you do some of these things, you might last longer than Social Security will. That might not be so smart.
#5. Recently Supreme Court Justice, Ruth Bader Ginsberg said one of her great fears is that the Federal Judiciary will start to be seen as just another branch of government divided along partisan lines like Congress. Ah, Ruth, may I call you Ruth, it seems to me, endless 5/4 decisions would indicate that's already happened. So, not to worry.
