A Community Stakeholder is defined as any individual who lives, work, or owns property in the neighborhood and any individual who declares a stake in the neighborhood and affirms the factual basis for it.

- Preserve and restore valuable community assets

- Attract new businesses
- Influencing local issues
- Cleaning up blight
