Now more than ever it is important for every Los Angeles stakeholder to attend the annual Neighborhood Council Budget Day.The City Council just passed a new budget for more than 12 BILLION dollars, but have made many cuts to departments that may have a direct effect on your city services.Hundreds of millions of dollars in budget deficit causes these cuts.How did we get here? Why did we get here?
