CommentsALPERN AT LARGE-Some of you reading this now will think that former President Donald John Trump got a raw deal with the claims of Russian interference in American politics.
Some of you reading this now will think that President Donald John Trump deserved every criticism he got about Russia.
But can we all agree that President Joseph Robinette Biden should represent United States interests first with respect to both America, our allies, and hostile foreign powers and rivals?
1) Sanctioning phase four of the American-energy-independence capabilities of the Keystone XL Pipeline on the first day of Biden's presidency, destroying 11,000 jobs and infuriating Canada. . .while allowing the Russian Nord Stream 2 Pipeline to establish Russia as the main provider of energy into Europe.
Not exactly something we expected from a new President we thought would stand up for the U.S. and its friends against Putin and Russia. CBS News Reporter Cara Korte said as much and she's not alone.
2) After shutting down former Secretary of State Pompeo's efforts to determine claims that the COVID-19 Virus started by accident and was unleashed throughout the world in a lab in Wuhan, China. . .we're supposed to believe that President Biden's new task force to conclude that those claims were actually TRUE, and that the Wuhan lab leak theory was actually TRUE, should make us all feel better that the new Administration in Washington has any credibility?
3) We're supposed to believe that President Biden's non-response to John Cena's DISGUSTING remarks actually APOLOGIZING to China for calling Taiwan a country should make us feel better, after knowing that President Trump would not have taken that lying down, because the U.S. is supposed to be a FRIEND TO TAIWAN?
On a related note, John Cena: Screw you about your cowardly, pathetic, bended knee statement to China. Let's hope that your career in America is OVER, you creep!
Is President Biden actually ceding China's economic, cultural, and political leadership of the world? Or at least is a reasonable amount of skepticism warranted, here?
4) Finally, torpedoing the Benjamin Accords between Israel and its Arab neighbors. . .while kowtowing to Iran and its Hamas and Hezbollah proxies?
Whose side is President Biden on?
Perhaps it can be stated that President Joseph Robinette Biden is trying to play both sides, and not take sides in the manner that President Donald John Trump did. . .
. . .but it is reasonable, is it not, to declare at times who is our friends and who are our rivals (or even foes) when you are President of the United States and Leader of the Free World?
Or has President Biden ceded his role as the Leader of the Free World?
It's worthy of at least a few skeptic questions, and worthy of a few honest answers from the White House.
