Mayor Butts and the Inglewood Shuffle?

VOICES--I just read your publications 2013 article about Mayor James T. Butts undetermined residency in Inglewood.

The home he and his wife purchased 8808 S 5th St, 90305 in August 2017 is now on the market.

Just curious as to whether or not this is a second home or if they plan to reside in Inglewood, CA as required.
