LA NCs Make Their Presence Felt in Greek Theatre Debate

VOICES-Wednesday was great day for Nederlander / AEG Live. We are pleased that the City Council voted to reject Live Nation and send the matter back to the Department of Recreation and Parks.  

We are not alone, over 30,000 fans have signed a petition in support of the Nederlander / AEG Live proposal and 12 Neighborhood Councils representing more than 240,000 Angelenos have also called on the City for a more robust and transparent evaluation. 

We are grateful for all the community support and know our proposal is the most fiscally responsible for the City and reflects the best of LA. 

We look forward to working with the Department and the Commission and are confident that our proposal is the right choice for the City and will bring this iconic landmark into the future, while respecting its past.
