Stop toilet to tap in South Los Angeles and it's planned expansion to other communities until health concern of drinking reclaimed sewer water have all been addressed and la residents vote on the implementation of the water reclamation project aka "toilet to tap" DWP should be more accountable for it's expenditures and income.

Decrease L.A. City business taxes as an incentive for businesses to increase wages; no business taxes for first 3 years to attract new existing businesses to Los Angeles.

Billions of dollars in city and county contracts issued each year should be prioritized for local businesses that hire local community residents.

With an aging population and health care issues on the rise consider a "LA City department of health" and LA City health plan as an alternative to costly insurance company plans.

A specific plan will be presented that will easily compete

with insurance company plans; and it would be income generating for our city.  Remember healthcare is a trillion dollar industry but only 10% is paid the healthcare workers. There are no investors to be paid in the city plan.

Many state health plans are a joke that most physicians cannot afford to accept i.e. " Covered California."

Decriminalize drug use but sharply decrease "weed shops" [now over 700 in the City of Los Angeles. Surrounding communities like Pasadena and Beverly Hills treat drug addiction as a medical problem which is much more effective and cost efficient than incarcerations.
