Working Out

I have been working out consistently for years, but recently started working out with a dear friend of mine. I am amazed and reminded how much easier it is to push myself when I have someone there for support.

It's not that we are hard on each other or taking our workouts too seriously.  In fact we have a lot of fun. More fun than when I work out alone, and because of that fun we are both getting a better workout.  

No matter what we are doing, adding fun to the mix always seems to make the activity more efficient. If you don't have a workout buddy, consider finding someone you can workout with even if that means going on walks together.
