Referencing an LA Times report saying that city council members had a trunk full of bucks in their so-called off-budget accounts … “discretionary special accounts” … one participant asked if the Controller agreed that the Mayor and City Council should take their cuts first. “I whole heartedly agree … “ Greuel answered.
